The Firm is led by Zakiya Bulbulia who has been exposed to the legal fraternity for the past twenty years and has accordingly established herself as a seasoned Litigator, with sixteen years in practice. Ms Bulbulia has developed a niche practice specifically in Civil Litigation, more particularly in Commercial Disputes and Insurance Litigation, Medical Negligence Claims, as well as Public Liability Claims.

The Firm also specializes in Family law, Family-Child Mediation, Court Annexed Mediation, Divorce Mediation, general Family Matters governed by Islamic Law, as well as Islamic Laws of Inheritance and Islamic Wills & Estates.

Other matters include Deceased Estates, Drafting of Contracts, Drafting of Last Will & Testaments, Road Accident Fund Claims, Eviction Proceedings, Ante-Nuptial Contracts, etc. Ms Bulbulia has also enjoyed the privilege of successfully completing a course in Judicial Skills Training.
